Many riders take the time to stretch their horses before a ride, but how many take the time to stretch themselves. Although we see more and more riders indulging in stretching sessions before a ride or in recovery, this is not yet a given in equestrian sports. However, stretching has many benefits for riders of all levels and all disciplines.

 

This aims to inform riders about the benefits of a regular stretching program, both for them and for their horses. You will find information on the importance of stretching, the benefits it brings in everyday life as in sport, training parameters etc.
