This program is tailor-made to improve the rider's lower body flexibility and mobility. Although it is mistakenly thought that riding is an isometric sport (without movement), the rider does not need to stretch. It's quite the opposite! Since the body is held in a prolonged static position, one must stretch in order to allow it to remain flexible, mobile and comfortable. This is what allows, among other things, to obtain a better posture in the saddle, greater independence of aids and better communication with your horse. It is also a preventive tool against back pain, hips and knees.
