Introducing the 5 in less than 5 series - a training program designed specifically for riders, like all of our programs. This one is different since it takes just 5 minutes to complete! 

 

The active recovery training program includes 5 exercises and is completed in 5 minutes!  The program is designed to be performed before or after your montes, directly at the stable or at home. It only requires a yoga mat. It aims to improve the mobility of the hips, shoulders and improve chest mobility. These exercises are intended to reduce tension and discomfort that can develop while in the saddle; pain in the shoulders, hips, neck, lower back, etc.

 

It helps to mobilize the muscles and joints to improve the quality of the seat and communication with the horse, while avoiding injuries and discomfort in the saddle.
