Introducing the 5 in less than 5 series - a training program designed specifically for riders, like all of our programs. This one is different since it takes just 5 minutes to complete!
The warm-up training program includes 5 exercises and can be completed in 5 minutes! The program is designed to be performed before your rides, directly at the stable. No equipment necessary, it is done standing up and you can wear riding boots to complete it.
It warms up the muscles and joints to improve the quality of the seat and communication with the horse, while avoiding injuries and discomfort in the saddle.

This warm up programs offers 5 exercises that can be easily completed under 5 minutes. It can (and should!) be done before your ride, directly at the barn, in your barn clothes. This program is buitl to warm up your muscles and your joints in order to increase your mobility, your connection with you horse and the independence of the seat. It should reduce discomort or pain in some riders as well.
